Carly thinks she might like the Desert
This next pic takes a while to load. All those pale green turn a
golden hue in the late summer. The pole you see next to a utility box
is pretty much the corner of the property.
The shed is about the corner of the neighbors with a narrow lot
between. Unblockable view. The other two poles to the right
follow up the property line to a mound
where the power box is. This is about 4-5 ft above the crown of
the
street. Regulations dictate a 14 ' height restriction from the highest
point of your property or adjacent street. I would like a flat roof
home with a local Indian style. There are protected Indian burial
grounds directly across the river. With the general slope of the land
this would likely allow for a daylight basement and patio. The key is
to be effecient with the allowable setbacks of 5' on perimeter, 15' on
the frontal street. I like the possibilities.
